Physical Description
Although muscular for a female, Sonja is hardly body-builder defined, and her figure maintains it's feminity, even if her attire doesn't encourage the fact. Typically, she dresses in fatigue pants, worn military style with black steel-toes boots that lace to mid-calf. A white ribbed tank top graces her torso, but is most often covered with a black flack vest. The utility belt on her waist houses a Glock, a small pocket knife in it's case, and ammunition for the Glock and the phase rifle that is slung across her back. A watch adorns her left wrist, and is the only piece of jewelry she wears. Her dirty blonde hair is slightly curly, and she usually wears it at least pulled back slightly from her round yet defined face, and most often in a tight ponytail, and/or either a bandana or a plain olive green baseball cap. Her eyes are a very pale blue, and are practically always concealed behind mirrored sunglasses, even at night.
Personality
Sonja tends to come off rather hard-nosed, but most of that is a well-acted ruse. She has a sensitive nature, but rarely lets it show, as she finds it her main weakness. She has an embedded hatred for the military and distrusts most all forms of authority, and will avoid them if at at all possible. Mutants make her very uneasy, and she is somewhat prejudiced toward them, but hides it well, especially in matters of importance. Basically a loner, she is hard to get to know, and resists forming bonds. She is driven and stubborn, and will rarely give in, especially if she thinks she's right, and most of the time, she is. Sonja doesn't take unnecessary risks, but she is by no means afraid to face danger, instead, she prefers the route of caution.
Background/Stories
Sonja is a "test" character for an Alternity a good friend of mine is trying out... a first for him, and my first attempt ever at writing a sci-fi piece... so keep that in mind when you read, and be gentle;)
